Why did I not receive the confirmation email when I signed up?

There are several reasons why you may not have received your confirmation email for the membership process.

1. You may have input your email address incorrectly

2. The confirmation email may have been sent to your Spam folder by your email program or website.

3. If you are trying to sign up using a company email address, that company may have put restrictions on the type of emails you can receive and it is not getting past its security. Simply ask your IT department to "whitelist"

If you still cannot get your confirmation email, please try signing up with a different email address.
