Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

What and where is the "Copy Text" button?

The Copy Text button is enabled for Pro members only. This button allows you to quickly copy the HEP details such as all the exercises titles, sets, reps frequency and HEP code to your clipboard so that you can easily paste it into your documentation system.

This button can be found just after printing, emailing or SMS texting an HEP as seen below in the sample dialog box. This allows a unique HEP code to be created each time and added to the copied information for easy reference.

NOTE: Be sure to click the "Copy Text" button before closing the dialog box shown below.

Below is a sample of what the pasted text looks like:

"Home Exercise Program [HEP code]

BRIDGE - BRIDGING - Repeat 10 Times, Hold 1 Second(s), Complete 2 Sets, Perform 5 Times a Week

LOWER TRUNK ROTATIONS - LTR - WIG WAGS - KNEE ROCKS - Repeat 10 Times, Hold 1 Second(s), Complete 2 Sets, Perform 5 Times a Week

SINGLE KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH - SKTC - Repeat 10 Times, Hold 1 Second(s), Complete 2 Sets, Perform 5 Times a Week"

TIP:
If you would like to simply use the "CopyText" feaure without the HEP code, you can use the keyboard short cut "Control + Shift + 1" while on the HEP Editor page.
Please note that the HEP code will not be copied using the keyboard short cut.
