THENAR EMINENCE STRETCH - 2 Hold your hand against your chest as shown with your affected hand on top. Use the unaffected hand, reaching from underneath, to grasp the thumb-side meaty part of the palm on the affected hand. Hold this as you move your hands away from your chest and pull downward on the affected hand until you feel a gentle stretch in your affect thumb/palm.
