Sidelying Scapula Sweep Lay on the ground on your back with the foam roll on the opposite side of the arm you intend to move. Cross your leg in a 90 degree position over your body onto the foam roll while keeping your shoulders and scapula on the ground. The large picture is the starting position. Next, starting with your palm up move your arm (opposite of the foam roll)in rotation toward your hips while keeping your shoulder and elbow down toward the ground as much as possible. When you reach 90 degrees, with your shoulder rotate your palm down toward the ground and continue moving with a sweeping motiong toward your hip.
